Return Policy

  • Return Period: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer at INR 198
  • Process:
    • Contact customer service at joyofshru@gmail.com to start a return.
    • Upload a clear photo of the product relevant to the reason for the return.
    • If accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact customer service immediately upon reception.

Exclusions

  • Bulk Bonanza Discounted Products: Items purchased during Bulk Bonanza sales or with special discounts are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards: Non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Valid Reasons for Exchange:
    • Wrong size (too big or too small)
    • Quality issues
    • Product mismatch (does not match photos)
    • Other valid reasons (to be specified).
  • Photo Requirement: You must upload a photo to support the exchange request.
  • Exclusions: Products bought during Bulk Bonanza sales are not eligible for exchanges.

Refunds

  • Approval: After receiving and inspecting your return, you’ll be notified about the refund status.
  • Refund Process: If approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed, contact customer service.
