We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Photo Requirement: To initiate a return, please upload a clear photo of the product, relevant to the reason for return. This step is required to proceed with the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Exclusions for Bulk Bonanza Discounted Products: Items purchased during Bulk Bonanza sales or with special discounts are non-returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Valid Reasons for Exchange:
    • Wrong size (too big or too small)
    • Quality issues
    • Product mismatch (does not match photos)
    • Other valid reasons (to be specified).
  • Photo Requirement: You must upload a photo to support the exchange request.
  • Exclusions: Products bought during Bulk Bonanza sales are not eligible for exchanges.
  • The shipping charge of any product which has to be exchange by the customer has to be beared by the customer @ INR 249.

Refunds

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit, which will be highlighted in your account and can be used for future purchases.
    You can claim your refund at Request a Return/ Exchange Page.
  • Delayed Refunds: If your store credit is not reflected in your account within 15 business days of approval, please contact our customer service.
